The maximum gross floor area is 59,715 square metres, and out of this, 13,500 square metres will be used for commercial purposes.

The Holland village is a highly sought after location not only because of its close proximity to the city but also due to the vibrant lifestyle the town offers. The submission date for tender for the land will be on March 2018.
