Lower median rents across Orchard & City Areas
The median rents for retails spaces in City area such as Orchard, Shenton Way and Selegie Way have fallen with several major retailers ending their operations in these areas. One of the reasons for the drop in demand for retail spaces and plunging retail sales could be due to the decline in tourism last year.
