Lowest bidded price since mid 2012

Two plots of land parcels along Fernvale road was released for tender in mid 2014. The lands were bidded at S$438.17 psf ppr (per square foot per plot ratio) and S$448.35 (psf ppt) and the tenders were awarded to Chip Eng Seng, Kim Seng Heng Realty and Heeton Homes. The bidded price were actually among one of the lowest among residential sites since mid 2012. The land plots for nearby Singapore Condos , Rivertrees Residences and Riverbank @ Fernvale were released for sale in mid February 2014. The bidded price for Rivertrees Residences and Riverbank were at $483 psf ppr and $533 psf ppr respectively and were higher compared to the two plots of land parcels along Fernvale Road. The breakeven cost of this upcoming new launch along Fernvale Road is expected to be around $850 – $890 psf and the estimated average selling price is at about $1000 psf.
