Last 3 stations completing the Circle Line
Great news for the smart investors / homebuyers who had great foresight and purchased new launch properties such as Spottiswoode Suites and Eon Shenton. The Land Transport Authority (LTA) announced this morning that there will be 3 more upcoming MRT stations which will close the loop of our current Circle Line. These 3 MRT stations will be Cantonment MRT station, Keppel Station and Prince Edward Station (working names currently) and will be completed in 2025.
The new stations are believed to have helped commuters reducing at least 10 minutes on their travelling time.
New launch, Spottiswoode Suites is located just in the Spottiswoode Estate. In future, residents will only take minutes to walk to their nearest MRT station, Cantonment station.
The Keppel Station will serve commuters that are working at the Keppel Terminal and Keppel Distripark.
In future, residents staying in the Shenton district will also benefit from the Prince Edward MRT station.
These stations will be running along the future Great Southern Waterfront, meaning that residential developments near these stations will be close to our future Waterfront City as well. Another added values for these homebuyers /investors!
