More than 40% sold during the VIP preview

 

 

 

The Sales Gallery of new launch condo, Alps Residences was opened on the Saturday, 24th of September. Unlike the usual practice of launching sales via the mode of balloting on the third weekend, Developer MCC Land decided to hold the balloting one week later which was on Sunday, 2nd of Oct 2016. Interested investors and homebuyers would have to rush their way to the showroom, do their financial check and make the crucial decision within a week.

 

Due to the overwhelming responses from interested purchasers who expressed their interests on the first weekend of the preview and the attractive quantums, the developer was confident that they would be expecting strong sales in this development.

 

Indeed, more than 40% of the units were sold within that Sunday. The most affordable 1 bedroom unit started from a price of $491k and a 2 bedroom units started as low as $694k. Almost 90% of the units sold were between 1 to 2 bedroom.

 

The Alps Residences is located few bus stops away from Tampines Central and Tampines Regional Centre. Inspired by the region of Swiss Alpines, this Singapore Condo is made up of 11 towers with different cascading heights. Distances between the towers were also increased to ensure that the beautiful landscapes were maximised.

 

Condo development The Santorini, was another residential development sitting along Tampines Ave 10 with Alps Residences. It was launched in the 2014 and will most likely obtained its TOP next year 2017.

 

Forest Woods by CDL is another new launch that is open for preview on the same day as Alps Residences. Forest Woods Condo is located along Lorong Lew Lian and is just 5 minutes walk away from Serangoon interchange MRT station and NEX shopping mall. Unlike Alps Residences, the showroom for Forest Woods will be open for  preview for 2 weekends.
