A new plot of residential land is released recently under Government Land Sales by URA. The residential plot measures about 227,221 square feet in size and is located along Stirling Road. This 99-year leasehold land parcel is approximately 5 minutes walk away from Queenstown MRT station.
It is speculated by many that a lot of developers will be vying for this piece of land as it is situated in a highly sought after location. Besides being near to MRT station, this plot also stands at the edge of the city. Future residents are just a short train or bus ride away from the city.
The last residential plot released was the Margaret Drive Land Parcel, this land was sold to MCL Land in December 2016 at a bidding price of $238.39 million. There was a total of 14 group of developers bidding aggressively for this land. This upcoming Queenstown condo in Margaret Drive will be released for sale either end of 2017 and beginning 2018.
