The 13 year-old unit is a 5-room premium HDB flat situated at 185 Jelabu Road, it has an area of 119 sqm and is on the 19th floor. This 5-room unit had attracted 20 interested homebuyers and the highest and second highest offer were just at a difference of $4000.

Based on the resale transactions in 2015, there were actually 11 units of 5-room HDB within the Bukit Panjang District that were sold at $650,000 and above. Some of these units have a lease commencing from 1997. Being strategically situated near the Downtown Line ( Bukit Panjang MRT station) which has already started its operation in Dec 2015 could be one of the reasons that lead to the strong interests of many homebuyers. Besides the Downtown Line, the Bukit Panjang LRT station, bus interchange and Bukit Panjang Plaza is also within the vicinity.
