You have to realize that the establishment has 2 stories, and it’s the last traditional Chinese courtyard house that you can find in Singapore, so it’s an extremely special property.

The private landed house is located along Penang Road which is marks the beginning of the luxury Orchard shopping paradise. Just footsteps away, is where the maga shopping mall, Plaza Singapura is standing. The landed property costs around $1590 per square foot, which is not exactly that much.
