The famous One Holland Village being developed at Holland Drive is going to feature mixed-use spaces, including community buildings, office, retail, 255 serviced units, and 296 residential apartments. Note that the sale for these residences will be launched by November 30th, Saturday.
In this development, the retail store space has been assigned to some big brands, including pharmacy chain Guardian, supermarket Cold Storage, movie theatre The Projector, and a non-profit art as well as culture organization – The Rice Company.
The mixed-use development at One Holland Village will be completed by the Far East Organization along with its venture partners Sino Group and Sekisui House. They purchased the proposed site previous year in the month of May, by paying $1.213 billion.
The director of planning and acquisition, Mr. Marc Boey, at the Far East Organization, recently said that they believe that this development will add more value to the Holland Village.
He also added that the site has an estimated area of around 3 football fields. This large space in the middle of the Holland Village serves them a better opportunity to lead a diverse development approach. It is observed that at present, most of the merchants/sellers in the area are from the food business. You will find wide range of cafes and restaurants in the area. However, the new tenants, such as The Rice Company and The Projector are going promote new dimensions to the growth in the area.
It is important to mention that the new commercial space in this community will include the car parking space for more than 500 vehicles, and it will be constructed in two levels at the basements.
The residential buildings in this market are going to cover three different blocks, and they will be targeting different markets. Out of this, the first block will have serviced apartments from level 1 to level 19, and they will be operated by Boutique Hotel Quincy. Whereas the level 21 to level 28 will be managed by Quincy Private Residences with 27 unique private luxury units.
These buildings will include 3 to 4-bedroom duplexes with the estimated dimension of 1238 square feet to 3358 square feet along with penthouse units of 3488 square feet. All the homes designed on these premises will be given private access to the lift along with reliable concierge services.
The second element of the residential unit is Sereen and it will be a large 34 story block having 248 units. It includes 1 to 3-bedders with the estimated dimension of 484 square feet to 1098 square feet.
The last block of this residential construction is named Leven, and this three-story building will have walk-up apartments inspired by Chip Bee Gardens and Tiong Bahru. Leven is going to have an elegant roof terrace and spiral staircase, and it will have a total 21 well-designed two-bedroom units with an estimated dimension of 807 square feet and 1087 square feet. The price estimates for these units may range from $2400 psf to $3500 psf.
The entire construction of One Holland Village is planned to be finished in two separate phases, where the residential section will be over by 2024, and the development for the commercial section is expected to end by mid-2022.
