Strong Market Response
The High Park Residences was open for preview last weekend ( 4th July 2015), the event had attracted more than 8000 people and 500 interests along with cheques were collected from interested buyers.
The indicative pricing for the studio apartmentof about 36 square metres in High Park Residences start as low as S$398,000. This new launch development has a wide range of unit types from studio to five bedrooms apartments. 14 Strata houses consisting of 10 Semi-Detached and 4Bungalows and 9 commercial units can also be found within the developments.
This is the third development in 2015 that has attracted the attention of a lot of home buyers or investors. Few months back in April, the North Park Residences and Botanique at Bartley had drawn strong market response and there was a high uptake of the released units on the preview day.
