A new residential site in Tampines Avenue 10, Singapore, has been launched under the name of Parcel C and is one of the confirmed listings for the first half of the Government Land Sales Programme for 2017.

 

Located in District 18 of Singapore, Parcel C has a land area of around 21,717.7 square meters and gross floor area of 60,810 square meters. The new Singapore condominium site is allowed a maximum building height of 64 metres above mean sea level and it is estimated to house 715 private condominiums for residents in the Tampines area. It is expected to be popular with Singapore nationals and expatriots currently living in Tampines or that are looking to move to the area, as it enjoys a good location and is near to Bedok Reservoir Park.

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) data has shown the highest bid of S$301.2 million for a mixed commercial-cum-residential site in Bukit Batok located in Singapore which has released from the Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales (GLS) in the first half of this year. The bid has come from Chinese developer Qingjian Realty. The site has attracted a strong response from developers by the close of tender yesterday, but the highest bid has come from the Chinese developer.

The plot was released for Government Land Sales (GLS)  in 29 November 2016 by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). A total of 11 bids were lodged including an offer of $174.08 million from Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited.  The tenderers also include renowned developers Allgreen Properties Limited, MCL Land, Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd etc.  The award of tender to its highest bidder, Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited has been confirmed by the URA.

A white site along the central Boulevard in Singapore got the highest bid by the Malaysia’s IOI properties group. The site has managed to attract seven bidders out of which IOI has emerged as the top bidder. The bid of this group was $2.57 billion for the place, which will make it an equivalent of $1,689 per square feet. It is considered to be the highest bid for a Government land sale site in Singapore.
