A new residential site in Tampines Avenue 10, Singapore, has been launched under the name of Parcel C and is one of the confirmed listings for the first half of the Government Land Sales Programme for 2017.

Located in District 18 of Singapore, Parcel C has a land area of around 21,717.7 square meters and gross floor area of 60,810 square meters. The new Singapore condominium site is allowed a maximum building height of 64 metres above mean sea level and it is estimated to house 715 private condominiums for residents in the Tampines area. Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) data has shown the highest bid of S$301.2 million for a mixed commercial-cum-residential site in Bukit Batok located in Singapore which has released from the Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales (GLS) in the first half of this year. The bid has come from Chinese developer Qingjian Realty. The site has attracted a strong response from developers by the close of tender yesterday, but the highest bid has come from the Chinese developer.

Bullish Bids for Residential Plots at Perumal Road

The Perumal Road site is showing clear signs of developers hungry for sites as bullish bids are lodged for its residential plot.

The plot was released for Government Land Sales (GLS)  in 29 November 2016 by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). A total of 11 bids were lodged including an offer of $174.08 million from Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited.  The tenderers also include renowned developers Allgreen Properties Limited, MCL Land, Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd etc.  The award of tender to its highest bidder, Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited has been confirmed by the URA.

A piece of residential land parcel at Margaret Dive was released for Government Land Sales (GLS)  by URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) in November, 2016.

The site area that measures about 4809 square metres holds a lease period of 99 years and will be used to construct a residential development. It is estimated that there will be 275 residential units within the development.

IOI: THE TOP BIDDER FOR CENTRAL BOULEVARD WHITE SITE

A white site along the central Boulevard in Singapore got the highest bid by the Malaysia’s IOI properties group. The site has managed to attract seven bidders out of which IOI has emerged as the top bidder. The bid of this group was $2.57 billion for the place, which will make it an equivalent of $1,689 per square feet. It is considered to be the highest bid for a Government land sale site in Singapore.

The sale tender of the river fronting housing development attracted more than 5 bids by several reputable developers, which was keenly watched by the audience. The seal was sealed earlier this week and the development was sold to the UVD (Projects) – a joint venture among the UOL Venture Investments and the Singland Homes, which is secondary to the United Industrial Corporation (UIC) developers.

Privatised HUDC development, Shunfu Ville which is made up of 358 units is finally sold at a price tag of $638 million after several failed En Bloc attempts over the past few years. The development was sold in May 2016 to Qingjian Realty. It was reported that the seller of each individual unit will be receiving about $1.782 million. This is coming to almost double the value of a single unit there.
