History of Harbour View Gardens
After an aborted sale attempt back in 2013, Harbour View Gardens was finally successfully sold in the Summer of 2017. The acquisition was by RH Holdings, the Roxy-Pacific Holdings subsidiary whose initial attempt was originally blocked by the high court half a decade ago. Built in 1986, Harbour View Gardens, was a three storey complex comprised of 14 walk up apartments.
