It’s part of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for H1 2022, awarded to United Venture Development. A collaboration between UOL Group and Singapore Land Group. Allgreen Properties, the second bidder, was only $800 away or equivalent to a 0.0001% difference in the total land bid price.
