Pinetree Hill, a new launch development in Pine Grove along Ulu Pandan Road, extends from the prime Holland Road. It’s part of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for H1 2022, awarded to United Venture Development. A collaboration between UOL Group and Singapore Land Group. They secured the site on 2 June 2022, with a winning bid of $1,318 psf ppr. Allgreen Properties, the second bidder, was only $800 away or equivalent to a 0.0001% difference in the total land bid price.
