Emerging New Downtown

It is part of the government’s plan to transform and revitalize the current Downtown, which is predominantly office-centric, into a more vibrant, mixed-use area that remains lively beyond office hours. This new mixed-use development will comprise two main components: The Collective and One Sophia. The Collective is a 19-story residential building, while One Sophia is a 13-story commercial building featuring office spaces and retail units on the basement, 1st and 2nd levels. Upon completion, this new development will stand tall, towering over the nearby Wilkie Edge and Sophia Residence.

With retail shops and a supermarket located within the development, convenience is right at the doorstep for residents.

 

North-South Facing Units

The residential units in The Collective at One Sophia will primarily be oriented in a North-South direction. Units facing north will offer views of the Kallang Basin, while those facing south will overlook the Central Business District and Marina Bay Sands.
