Privatised HUDC development, Shunfu Ville which is made up of 358 units is finally sold at a price tag of $638 million after several failed En Bloc attempts over the past few years. The development was sold in May 2016 to Qingjian Realty. It was reported that the seller of each individual unit will be receiving about $1.782 million. This is coming to almost double the value of a single unit there.
Shunfu Ville was constructed in the 1986 and is situated along Upper Thomson Road within the Thomson Estate. The apartments are spread over 6 towers of flats with 3 low-rise blocks consisting mainly of mansionettes and another 3 blocks which are up to 16 storeys. This HUDC development is also located closely to the nearby Marymount MRT station.
