This 99-year leasehold land was sold at a tendered price of approximately $338.12 millions which was at about $651 psf ppr. This big plot of land is just standing next to another new launch condominium, LakeVille which is currently under construction. Both residential developments boast beautiful panoramic view of the Jurong Lake and its gardens.

The estimated breakeven price of this development is estimated to be slightly above $1000 psf and selling price might be at an average of $1300 psf. The price is pretty close to the average selling price of LakeVille (also by MCL).
