The land parcel had drawn the interest of 10 developers and the land tender was awarded to Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd at a tender price of $183,800,000 which is equivalent to approximately S$331 per sq ft per plot ratio. Based on the bidded psf, speculated selling price is around $750 to $800 psf.
