The protracted collected sale of the former Florence Regency finally came to an end in October 2017, the development was sold to Hong Kong listed Logan Property. Florence Regency was the twelfth former HDUC estate to be sold en-bloc since 2015. The development, finished in 1988 was one of the last remaining privatised HDUC estates left in the north east region of Singapore.
