Aurea is a new launch single-tower development, soaring 45 storeys high with three levels of basement. Exclusive car parking lots, including four designated electric vehicle (EV) lots, are located on the lower levels and basements for the convenience of residents and their guests.
There are two vehicular access points, the East and West entrances along Beach Road. Residents will primarily use the East entrance, which is closer to the main tower, while the West entrance will serve the commercial units at The Golden Mile. Aurea’s official address is 802 Beach Road.
The elevated residential arrival and drop-off point is located on Level 2, featuring a striking, oculus-inspired design that offers a grand and elegant welcome. The residential concierge and private lift lobby are also located on this level.
The dedicated concierge service will offer residents a range of standard services, including facility bookings, parcel and laundry delivery coordination, as well as message management for both residents and the building’s management team. Operating hours for the concierge will be confirmed closer to the development’s Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) date.
